[TENOR]
1. Der Wert des Gegenstands der anwaltlichen Tätigkeit des Bevollmächtigten zu 1. im Hauptsacheverfahren wird auf 1.000.000
€ (in Worten: eine Million Euro) und im Verfahren auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Anordnung auf 100.000 € (in Worten: einhunderttausend
Euro) festgesetzt (§ 37 Abs. 2 Satz 2, § 22 Abs. 1 RVG).
2. Der Antrag auf Erstattung der Auslagen in dem Verfahren auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Anordnung wird abgelehnt.
