Appellant Seeks Dismissal of Moot Administrative Appeals Following Favorable State Council Reauthorization
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn appellant filed administrative appeals challenging prior decisions by the State Council that revoked operational authorizations for certain facilities, having initially been granted by a departmental authority. Subsequently, the State Council issued new resolutions which explicitly annulled the revocations and reauthorized the operation of the facilities; consequently, the appellant requested the appeals be declared moot, waiving any claim for costs. The Administrative Cantonal Tribunal accepted the request and ordered the appeals struck from the record as they had become without object, dispensing with all fees and costs.
