statuendo sul ricorso 13 agosto 1997 di
__________ contro
la decisione 7 agosto 1997, no. 639/97 della Commissione giuridica in materia di assistenza sociopsichiatrica;
preso atto che in occasione dell’udienza 25 agosto 1997, dopo discussione, su proposta del Giudice Delegato il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso alla seguente condizione:
*- Nel piano terapeutico 8.7.1997 viene inserito un punto 9) del seguente tenore:*
*"9) Il presente piano terapeutico verrà riveduto nel senso di concedere al signor __________ maggiori libertà a condizione che non si verifichino ricadute o trasgressioni di nessun genere delle clausole sovrastanti nei prossimi 3 mesi a contare dal 25 agosto 1997."*
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
