Property Owner Settlement on Construction Violations
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAThe administrative court case involved an appeal against a decision that ordered a property owner to complete construction according to the building permit and demolish abusively erected walls on a specific plot. During an on-site hearing, the parties reached a settlement agreement stipulating that the appellant would cap the existing walls with a reinforced concrete slab without further height increase, plaster the walls, install a window on the side facing the avenue, leave the lake-facing wall open, and refrain from using the slab top for material storage; consequently, the court struck the appeal from the rolls without imposing costs or awarding legal fees.
