Withdrawal of Appeals Following Administrative Revision
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAThe case involved appeals filed against decisions made by a cantonal family allowance fund concerning family allowances. Subsequently, the administrative authority issued new decisions that fully granted the appellants' requests, and the appellants themselves communicated the withdrawal of their appeals in agreement with these new decisions. Therefore, the court reasoned that because the administrative authority exercised its right to review and revise the contested decisions, and the appellants formally withdrew their grievances, the appeals became devoid of object, leading to their removal from the court roll without assessment of fees or expenses.
