Mootness of Appeal Following Withdrawal After New Decision
Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn appeal was lodged against a social insurance authority's decision concerning sickness insurance benefits for the year 2003. Before the authority filed its response, it issued a new decision cancelling the original and granting the requested subsidy to the insured person, and the appellant subsequently notified the court of their withdrawal of the appeal. Consequently, the court determined that the appeal had become moot, leading to its dismissal from the docket without the imposition of any fees or costs.
