Sintesi Legislator

Generato dall'IA

Two insured parties filed petitions seeking confirmation that their supplementary health insurance cancellations, effective December 31, 1999, were valid, despite potentially missing the three-month notice period stipulated in the insurer's general conditions. The opposing health insurance fund subsequently agreed in its response to waive the right to enforce the notice period requirement and committed to cancelling the supplementary policies as requested, leading the petitioners to withdraw their petitions, whereupon the court struck the cases from the record as the dispute had become moot.
