Sintesi Legislator
Generato dall'IAAn insured party appealed a decision regarding accident insurance benefits, seeking to have a notified case recognized as an accident and for the insurer to provide all legal benefits. During the appeal proceedings, the appellant's representative informed the court that the insurance institution had amended its prior decision, paid benefits up to a certain date, and closed the case, leading the insured to authorize the withdrawal of the appeal and the related request for judicial assistance. Consequently, the court, applying relevant procedural law, declared the case struck from the rolls, determining no court fee would be charged, with costs borne by the State.
