1. Les prescriptions de procédure applicables à la décision sur recours ou au jugement attaqués le sont également par analogie à la demande de révision.

2. Pendant la procédure de révision, l'autorité de justice administrative peut suspendre l'exécution de la décision sur recours ou du jugement attaqués et prendre d'autres mesures provisionnelles; elle peut exiger des sûretés.
