Art. 42 Loi sur la procédure et la juridiction administratives (LPJA) · Observation du délai
1. Pour que le délai soit observé, l'acte considéré doit être accompli avant l'expiration du délai.
2. Les écrits sont remis, avant l'expiration du délai, à l'autorité, à un bureau de poste suisse ou à une représentation diplomatique ou consulaire suisse.
3. Les délais sont également observés lorsque l'écrit est adressé en temps utile à une autorité administrative ou judiciaire bernoise ou fédérale qui est incompétente.
4. Le délai pour le versement d’avances ou la fourniture de sûretés est observé si, avant son échéance, la somme due est versée à La Poste Suisse ou débitée en Suisse d’un compte postal ou bancaire en faveur de l’autorité compétente.
