1. Quiconque revendique un droit est tenu de collaborer à la constatation des faits y relatifs.
2. S'il ou elle refuse de collaborer, la conclusion prise est déclarée irrecevable, à moins qu'un intérêt public n'en requière l'examen.
3. Au surplus, il convient d'observer les devoirs de collaborer particuliers prévus par la législation.
