Art. 21 Ordonnance fixant les émoluments de l'administration cantonale (Ordonnance sur les émoluments; OEmo) · 2 Réduction de l'émolument
Lorsqu'un recours est irrecevable ou lorsqu'une procédure est liquidée parce qu'elle est devenue sans objet ou du fait d'une transaction, d'un désistement ou d'un acquiescement, le montant de l'émolument peut être raisonnablement réduit ou l'émolument totalement supprimé.
En règle générale, les émoluments de l'article 11 restent dus.
S'il est statué sur plusieurs recours en une seule décision sur recours, le montant de l'émolument forfaitaire perçu auprès de chacun des recourants peut être raisonnablement réduit.
