Juhindudes Väärteomenetluse seadustiku § 107 lg 1 p 1, § 109-111, kohus otsustas

Süüdi tunnistada Albert Sokolovski KarS § 218 lg 1 järgi ja karistada arestiga 5 päeva.

Aresti kandmise alguseks lugeda 24. juuni 2008.a.

Apellatsiooniõiguse kasutamise soovil tuleb sellest kirjalikult Harju Maakohtule teatada seitsme päeva jooksul kohtuotsuse kuulumisest. Otsusele võib esitada apellatsioonkaebuse 15 päeva jooksul kohtuotsuse kohtumenetluse pooltele kättesaadavaks tegemise päevast Tallinna Ringkonnakohtule Harju Maakohtu kaudu.
