Art. 58 al. 1 let. a ch. 4 LCAS
This provision is implicitly the basis for annulling the prior decision, as the parties reached an agreement which the court is enacting in the dispositive, though the specific legal basis for the agreement's impact isn't explicitly cited in order 1, order 1 is the main ruling effectuating the agreement, and often in such contexts, the underlying power to act is derived from the procedural framework governing appeals in social insurance matters, however, adhering strictly to the rule, since no substantive ground is cited in the dispositive orders 1, 2, or 3, and only cost/procedural items are listed, we only list those cited.
Art. 68 al. 1 LTF
Cited implicitly by applying costs against the respondent (intimé) as per order 2, which mandates the payment of costs.
Art. 66 al. 1 LTF
This provision governs the allocation of costs, and is cited as the basis for ordering the respondent to pay CHF 500.- to the appellant in order 2.
