Disability Insurance Appeal: Ordering Neuropsychological Assessment
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe social insurance chamber reviewed an appeal against a decision concerning disability insurance benefits, following an initial expert medical report. Determining that the existing expertise was insufficient to clarify potential cognitive impairments, the court agreed with the social medical service's recommendation to supplement the evidence. Consequently, the court ordered a neuropsychological assessment, to be conducted by a specified neuropsychologist and speech therapist, specifically scheduling the examination for the afternoon to accommodate the appellant's unconventional lifestyle, while reserving the final decision on the merits of the appeal.
