Gegenstand

Nichtanhandnahme (Veruntreuung),

Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, vom 8. März 2017.

Erwägungen:

1. Die Beschwerdeführerin wurde mit Verfügung vom 11. April 2017 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht bis am 8. Mai 2017 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 3'000.-- zu bezahlen. Mit Verfügung vom 22. Mai 2017 wurde ihr für die Bezahlung des Kostenvorschusses eine Nachfrist bis zum 2. Juni 2017 angesetzt, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Da der Kostenvorschuss auch innert der Nachfrist nicht einging, ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG androhungsgemäss nicht einzutreten.

2. Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen ( Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG ).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

1. Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2. Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3. Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
