The Supreme Court of Slovenia granted the plaintiff's request to transfer the case to a different competent court. The material fact was that the defendant, A.A., was employed as a specialist assistant at the original Maribor District Court and was currently undergoing appointment for a district judge position. The court ruled that this employment relationship could hinder the smooth conduct of proceedings, necessitating the transfer to facilitate the process.
