Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia rejected a request to transfer jurisdiction because the defendant was the nephew of a court employee. The court held that an employee cannot influence proceedings and a distant relative has no legal relationship with the judge. Consequently, the judge's impartiality was not compromised, and the original court retained authority.

Sodnik je dolžan s svojim delom in odnosom do strank ohraniti zaupanje in preprečiti motnje in zastoje v postopku.
