The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred jurisdiction of a civil payment order case from the District Court in Slovenj Gradec to the District Court in Celju. The plaintiff, a judge at the original court, argued that his position created an unavoidable conflict of interest, while the defendant contested the transfer. The court ruled that the plaintiff's status as a judge at the hearing court constitutes a significant reason under Article 67 of the Civil Procedure Act to move the case to ensure impartiality.

Tožene stranke so plačilnemu nalogu ugovarjale.
