The Supreme Court transferred the case from Celje to Maribor because the defendant had a contractual relationship with the original court. The defendant argued that this relationship constituted a significant reason for transferring jurisdiction to ensure impartial proceedings. The court agreed, ruling that such a contractual bond creates a conflict of interest requiring a different venue.

3. Predlog je utemeljen.
