Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred the case to a different district court upon the defendant's request. The defendant argued that one plaintiff's employment at the original court created a conflict of interest and threatened judicial impartiality. While the court acknowledged the risk of bias, it rejected the claim that the first-instance court had already acted improperly, ultimately delegating the matter to ensure procedural fairness.

Zaposlitev, poznanstvo in delovno mesto v isti ustanovi povzroča in prispeva k pristranskemu odločanju v korist tožnice.
