Predlog se zavrže.

[JEDRO]

Zoper pravnomočno odločbo izdano v postopku izvršbe in zavarovanja, ni dovoljena revizija. Sodišče zato revizije ne more dopustiti.

[OBRAZLOŽITEV]

1. Upnik je Vrhovnemu sodišču podal predlog za dopustitev revizije proti pravnomočnemu sklepu sodišča druge stopnje, ki je bila izdana v postopku izvršbe.

2. Zoper pravnomočno odločbo izdano v postopku izvršbe in zavarovanja, ni dovoljena revizija.(1) Sodišče zato revizije ne more dopustiti.(2)
