Pritožbi se ugodi in se sklep sodišča prve stopnje v stroškovnem delu (tretji in četrti odstavek sklepa) spremeni tako, da se sedaj glasi: "Tožena stranka je dolžna povrniti tožeči stranki 59.942,00 SIT njenih pravdnih stroškov v roku 8 dni." Tožena stranka je dolžna povrniti tožeči stranki 44.942,00 SIT njenih pritožbenih stroškov v roku 8 dni.
