Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia designated the District Court in E as the competent court for the proceedings. The applicant had filed a request to establish a necessary path against the opposing party, while the District Court in A requested a transfer because the applicant's daughter and the opponent's sister worked there as land registry clerks. The court ruled that transferring jurisdiction was justified to avoid procedural difficulties arising from the close familial relationship between the parties and the court employees.
