The Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia transferred jurisdiction from the District Court to the District Court in R. The plaintiff, an extramarital partner of the defendant, filed a claim for confirmation of co-ownership of an apartment and a provisional order, while the defendant was employed as a typist at the very court handling the case. The court ruled that under Article 68 of the Civil Procedure Act, such a transfer is justified when it is evident that proceeding elsewhere would facilitate the process or other significant reasons exist, which were objectively demonstrated in this instance.
