The Supreme Court of Slovenia dismissed the appeal against the lower court's decision to reject the defendant's protest. The defendant argued that the appeal was invalid due to insufficient information about court fees, while the plaintiff remained silent. The court ruled the appeal inadmissible because the disputed subject value of 142,113 SIT did not meet the 5 million SIT threshold required for commercial appeals under the Code of Civil Procedure. Consequently, the lower court's decision to reject the protest was upheld based on the statutory value requirement.

[JEDRO]

člena in 2.

odstavka 384. člena in 4.

odstavka 384. člena ZPP zavrglo.
