The Supreme Court of Slovenia dismissed the appeal filed by V.G. against a first-instance judgment. The plaintiff submitted an unsigned appeal, which is a mandatory component under the Administrative Procedure Act, and failed to sign it even after the court's second-instance department explicitly requested correction and warned of consequences. The court ruled that the appeal was inadmissible as incomplete because the plaintiff ignored the mandatory procedural requirement to sign the document after being given a final opportunity to do so.

Pritožba stranke z interesom V.G. se zavrže.

[JEDRO]

I Up 1031/2005-4 z dne 3.11.2005.
