Legislator summary

The Supreme Court of Slovenia determined that the appellants had withdrawn their appeal before a second-instance judgment was issued. The appellants had previously lost their lawsuit against the respondent and subsequently withdrew their appeal while requesting a refund of the court fees paid. The court ruled that the withdrawal was legally effective, terminating the appeal proceedings, but declined to address the separate request for a tax refund as that matter falls under the jurisdiction of the first-instance court.

Ugotovi se, da sta tožeči stranki V.M. in I.M. umaknili pritožbo.

[JEDRO]

Po določbi 2. odstavka 334. člena Zakona o pravdnem postopku (Ur.l.
