Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia rejected a request for case delegation filed by a party dissatisfied with the court's handling of the proceedings. The applicant argued that the court failed to rule correctly and relied on an unhelpful expert opinion, yet the court found no legal basis for transferring jurisdiction. The decision establishes that mere dissatisfaction with the conduct of the trial cannot constitute a valid reason for delegating a case to another court.

[JEDRO]
