The Supreme Court of Slovenia transferred jurisdiction from the District Court in A to the District Court in C. The plaintiff sued the District Court in A and its own judge, B B., for the invalidity of alleged credit agreements. The court ruled that since one defendant is the presiding judge, the original court lacks proper jurisdiction, necessitating a transfer to a different district court to ensure procedural fairness.
