Legislator summary

AI generated

The Supreme Court of Slovenia designated a different district court to handle the proceedings instead of the originally competent court in A. The plaintiff, employed as a registry head in court A, argued that her position created a conflict of interest, a claim supported by the court itself. The court ruled that her employment and the fact that her lawyer is also based in A constituted sufficient grounds to prevent any appearance of bias, thereby transferring jurisdiction.
