ÎN NUMELE LEGII

DECIDE:

Respinge ca inadmisibilă sesizarea formulată de Curtea de Apel Piteşti – Secţia I civilă în vederea lămuririi următoarei probleme de drept:

Interpretarea art. IV din Legea nr. 42/2020, respectiv dacă dispoziţiile acestuia privind majorarea cuantumului brut al salariului de bază cu 30% se aplică şi personalului militar din cadrul muzeelor de importanţă naţională.

Obligatorie, potrivit dispoziţiilor art. 521 alin. (3) din Codul de procedură civilă.

Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 8 aprilie 2024.
