Acordam, em Conferência, na 2.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Compulsados os autos, verifica-se a existência de lapso manifesto no ponto 6. do Acórdão n.º 1010/2025, de 5 de novembro de 2025.

Assim,

- onde consta: «6. Tanto basta para concluir pela inviabilidade da reclamação e consequente confirmação da Decisão Sumária n.º 640/2025».

- deve passar a constar: «6. Tanto basta para concluir pela inviabilidade da reclamação e consequente confirmação da Decisão Sumária n.º 681/2025».

Deste modo, cumpre proceder à retificação do acórdão nos termos expostos, o que se determina ao abrigo do disposto nos artigos 614.º, n.º 1, e 666.º, ambos do Código de Processo Civil, ex vi artigo 69.º da Lei n.º 28/82, de 15 de novembro.
