Acordam na 1.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Verificando-se a existência de lapsos manifestos de escrita (lapsus linguae) no acórdão proferido nestes autos e sendo esses lapsos, evidentes no seu contexto, corrigíveis a todo o tempo, determino, nos termos do artigo 249.º do Código Civil e dos artigos 613.º e 614.º do Código de Processo Civil (aplicáveis ex vi do artigo 666.º, n.º 1 , do mesmo diploma legal), sempre aplicável subsidiariamente por força do disposto no artigo 69.º da Lei de Organização, Funcionamento e Processo do Tribunal Constitucional (Lei n.º 28/82, de 15.11 – LTC), a retificação do acórdão proferido nestes autos, por forma a que, nas Partes “II – FUNDAMENTAÇÃO” e “III – Decisão” desse Acórdão passe a constar em vez de “artigos 61.º, n.º 1, 80.º, n.º 1, alínea c), e 86.º da Constituição da República Portuguesa” “artigos 61.º, n.º 1, 80.º, alínea c), e 86.º da Constituição da República Portuguesa”.
