The Tribunal Constitucional issued a corrective ruling to fix a clerical error in a prior decision (Acórdão n.º 683/2022) concerning the list of articles under review. The court identified that the text incorrectly included Article 4.º in the non-constitutional review clause, which contradicted the established legal reasoning. Consequently, the court ordered the amendment to exclude Article 4.º from the list, ensuring the judgment aligns with the substantive legal analysis.
