The Constitutional Court dismissed the appeal against a decision not to know the object of the resource. The appellant argued that a specific norm should have been considered, but the lower court did not include it in its reasoning. The court ruled that since the norm was not part of the 'ratio decidendi' of the contested decision, it could not be subject to constitutional review at this stage.
