Acordam, em Plenário, no Tribunal Constitucional

Torna-se necessário retificar um lapso constante da página 17 do texto do Acórdão n.º 756/2020.

Aí se escreve no ponto V, n.º 2 da Decisão que o montante da coima aplicada ao PS é de «€5.538,00, equivalente a 13 (treze) SMN de 2008».

Ora, a verdade é que, como se escreve no ponto 13, tal coima é no montante de «€4.686,00, equivalente a 11 (onze) SMN de 2008».

Há de, pois, corrigir-se a p. 17, fazendo dela constar que a coima aplicada é no montante de €4.686,00, equivalente a 11 (onze) SMN de 2008.
