Acordam na 3ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

1. O Acórdão n.º 376/2016 foi proferido e assinado no dia 8 de junho de 2016, como se constata da ata constante de fls. 771, e não no dia 8 de maio de 2016, como se fez constar, por manifesto lapso, na sua última página.

Trata-se de um mero erro de escrita que importa retificar, nos termos dos artigos 614º, n.º 1, e 666.º do Novo Código de Processo Civil, aplicável ex vi artigo 69.º da Lei do Tribunal Constitucional.

2. Pelo exposto, determina-se a retificação do acórdão n.º 376/2016, proferido nos presentes autos, nos seguintes termos:

Onde aí se lê «Lisboa, 8 de maio de 2016» deve passar a ler-se: «Lisboa, 8 de junho de 2016».
