Acordam na 2.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Na alínea a) da decisão do Acórdão n.º 24/2016, proferido nestes autos, o preceito do Código de Processo Penal a que respeita a norma objeto de apreciação não está corretamente identificado, pelo que se mostra conveniente proceder à seguinte retificação (cfr. os artigos 614.º e 666.º do Código de Processo Civil, aplicáveis por força do artigo 69.º da Lei n.º 28/82, de 15 de novembro):

Na alínea a) da decisão do Acórdão n.º 24/2016, onde se lê «Não julgar inconstitucional o artigo 356.º, n.º 4, do Código de Processo Penal, quando interpretado no sentido de…», deve ler-se «Não julgar inconstitucional o artigo 356.º, n.º 3, do Código de Processo Penal, quando interpretado no sentido de…».
