Acordam na 2.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Proferido nestes autos o Acórdão n.º 308/2015, verifica-se que dele consta referência fundamentadora ao julgamento do Acórdão n.º 265/2015 quando, na realidade, se pretendia referir o Acórdão n.º 264/2015.

Importa corrigir o apontado lapso de escrita, passível de perturbar a perceção do decidido.

Assim, determina-se a seguinte retificação no texto do Acórdão n.º 308/2015

No ponto 6, onde se lê “naquele apreciado pelo Acórdão n.º 265/2015”, passe a constar “naquele apreciado pelo Acórdão n.º 264/2015”, fazendo menção do presente Acórdão.
