Constitutional Court dismisses appeal due to lack of raised constitutional issue and disjunction between norms.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Constitutional Court notified the applicants to clarify whether they would address the preliminary issue of non-knowledge of the appeal's object. The applicants failed to raise the specific constitutional norm before the lower court, and a disjunction existed between that norm and the one used by the lower court. Consequently, the Court decided not to examine the appeal because the necessary procedural prerequisites for constitutional review were not met.
