Acordam na 2.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Considerando que a portaria mencionada na alínea a) da decisão do Acórdão n.º 294/2014, que integra a norma objeto de apreciação nesse mesmo Acórdão, não está corretamente identificada, mostra-se conveniente proceder à seguinte retificação (cfr. os artigos 614.º e 666.º do Código de Processo Civil, aplicáveis por força do artigo 69.º da Lei n.º 28/82, de 15 de novembro):

Na alínea a) da decisão do Acórdão n.º 294/2014, onde se lê «Não julgar inconstitucional a norma do artigo 2.º, n.º 2, da Portaria n.º 203/2010, de 15 de abril», deve ler-se «Não julgar inconstitucional a norma do artigo 2.º, n.º 2, da Portaria n.º 213/2010, de 15 de abril».
