The Tribunal Constitucional ordered the retification of two previous judgments due to a clerical error in the recorded date of the session. The original decisions incorrectly stated the vote occurred on January 12, 2012, while the official minutes confirmed the session took place on January 11, 2012. Consequently, the court mandated corrections in both the primary ruling and the subsequent retification order to align the dates accurately.

ACÓRDÃO N

ACÓRDÃO N.º 154/2012

Processo n.º 275/2011

3ª Secção

Relator: Conselheira Maria Lúcia Amaral

Acordam na 3.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

2. Assim, determina-se que:

a) o acórdão n.º 8/2012, proferido nos presentes autos, seja retificado nos seguintes termos: onde nele consta “Lisboa, 12 de janeiro de 2012” passe a constar “Lisboa, 11 de janeiro de 2012”;

Notifique.
