Acordam, em conferência, na 3ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Verifica-se que no acórdão n.º 341/2011, proferido nestes autos, se incorreu num lapso manifesto quanto à data da decisão, o que cumpre corrigir ao abrigo do disposto do artigo 667.º do Código de Processo Civil.

Pelo exposto rectifica-se a data do acórdão, que é “7 de Julho de 2011”.
