Acordam, em conferência, na 1.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

O acórdão proferido nestes autos em 13 de Julho de 2010 contém um lapso de processamento de texto que importa corrigir, nos termos do artigo 667.º, do Código de Processo Civil.

Assim, determina-se a seguinte correcção:

Na decisão (ponto 4), onde se diz “Acórdão n.º 147/2009”, deve dizer-se “ (…) Acórdão n.º 262/2010”.
