Acordam, em conferência, na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional

Ao abrigo do previsto nos artigos 666º, nº 2, e 667º, nº 1, do Código de Processo Civil, aplicável por força do disposto no artigo 69º da Lei de Organização, Funcionamento e Processo do Tribunal Constitucional, rectifica-se o seguinte no Acórdão nº 199/2007: na página 8, linha 19, onde se lê “Acórdão nº 397/2006” deve ler-se “Acórdão nº 49/2007”.
