Verificando-se que no Acórdão nº 353/2005, tirado nestes autos de fls. 94 a 111, ocorreu um lapso de escrita quando no mesmo foi aposta a data em que ele foi assinado, corrige-se o mesmo, ex vi do nº 2 do artº 666º, 667º, nº 1, e 716º, todos do Código de Processo Civil, e do artº 69º da Lei nº 28/82, de 15 de Novembro, por forma a que, onde consta, manuscritamente, «Lisboa, 5 de Abril de 2005», passe a constar «Lisboa, 5 de Julho de 2005».
