Acordam na 1ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

No Acórdão n.º 502/2003, de 28 de Outubro último, proferido no presente processo, na parte decisória referente à condenação em custas, omitiu-se por mero lapso, o montante da taxa de justiça.

Assim, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 667º n.º 1 do CPC, rectifica-se o referido acórdão, devendo nele ficar a constar:

"Custas pela recorrente fixando-se a taxa de justiça em 8 Ucs"
