The Constitutional Court rectified two material writing errors in a previous decision (Acórdão 324/2003) that incorrectly dismissed a legal question. The court found that the original text stated the appeal was inadmissible, but the correct ruling was that the appeal was procedurally admissible. Consequently, the court ordered the correction of the text to reflect that the specific issue must be addressed.
