The Constitutional Court declined to examine the constitutional challenge to Clause 142 of the 1984 Banking Sector Collective Agreement. The applicant, a bank employee, argued the clause violated constitutional rights, relying on previous jurisprudence. The court ruled that the issue was already settled by established case law, rendering the new appeal unnecessary.
